Background: tumor disease is a deadly in the world. It estimated that around 1,300 people die each year from bone tumors. Bone tumors occur due to abnormal growth of mesenchymal cells bones, which can be malignant/cancerous. Malignant soft tissue affect anyone, especially elderly. In developing malignancy, it necessary have nutritional service assistance support adequacy sufferers.Purpose: determine effect care process on development malignant neoplasma patient's condition.Methods: this study used case design. Management nutrition was carried out for three consecutive days 17 19 November 2022 patients with at RSD dr. Soebandi. The data collection by interviews, anthropometric measurements, observe medical records and survey consumption using 24-hour food recall method.Results: during monitoring patient included normal state does not experience changes; physical clinical evaluation showed there were still complaints weakness after chemotherapy process; analysis intake show average energy, protein carbohydrates meets target requirement 89.13%, 81.93%, 89.2% (80-110% requirement) fat exceeds 126 .6% requirement); as well results diet education counseling understand must followed apply recommended ingredients, but are less compliant heavy given.Conclusion: overall NCP (Nutrition Care Process) positive impact patien’s developmet.
